Ihre Konfigurationsanfrage ist unverbindlich. Ein Vertrag kommt erst durch unsere schriftliche Auftragsbestätigung per E-Mail zustande.
Alle Geräte sind individuelle Sonderanfertigungen nach Ihren Vorgaben. Gemäß § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB besteht kein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht.
Alle Preise sind Endpreise. Als Kleinunternehmer nach § 19 UStG wird keine Mehrwertsteuer ausgewiesen.
Vor Produktionsbeginn ist eine Anzahlung von 50 % des Kaufpreises fällig. Der Restbetrag ist vor Lieferung zu begleichen.
Die Produktionszeit beträgt je nach Auftragslage 4–8 Wochen ab Zahlungseingang der Anzahlung. Eine verbindliche Angabe erfolgt in der Auftragsbestätigung. Versandkosten werden separat ausgewiesen.
Es gelten die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte. Mängel sind unverzüglich per E-Mail an info@pedalomat.de zu melden. Ausgeschlossen sind Schäden durch unsachgemäße Behandlung oder Modifikationen durch Dritte.
Es gilt deutsches Recht. Erfüllungsort ist Stadtilm.

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Axel Roll / Pedalomat, Hohes Kreuz 4, 99326 Stadtilm, Germany.
Your configuration request is non-binding. A contract is only formed once we send you a written order confirmation by email.
All devices are individual custom-made products built to your specifications. Under § 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no statutory right of withdrawal.
All prices are final prices. As a small business owner (Kleinunternehmer) under § 19 UStG, no VAT is shown.
A deposit of 50 % of the purchase price is due before production begins. The remaining balance is due before delivery.
Production time is 4–8 weeks from receipt of the deposit, depending on order volume. A binding date will be given in the order confirmation. Shipping costs are shown separately.
Statutory warranty rights apply. Defects must be reported immediately by email to info@pedalomat.de. Excluded are damages caused by improper handling or modifications made by third parties.
German law applies. Place of performance is Stadtilm.
