Die angebotenen Layouts decken die gebräuchlichsten Anordnungsvarianten ab. Abweichende Anordnungen sind auf Anfrage möglich.

Die im Konfigurator angebotenen Farben sind die Standardfarben. Auf Wunsch kann ein Pedal in nahezu jede beliebige Farbe lackiert werden – gib einfach die RAL-Nummer deines Wunschfarbtons an.
Auch besondere Lackierungen wie Metallic-Effektlack oder Flip-Flop-Lacke sind auf Anfrage möglich. Da die Beschriftung standardmäßig schwarz ist, sind sehr dunkle Gehäusefarben weniger gut geeignet – die Beschriftung kann aber auch in Weiß oder anderen Farben ausgeführt werden.
Der Konfigurator zeigt eine Auswahl der gängigsten Knopfformen und -farben. Da die Knöpfe zugekauft werden, ist nicht jede Kombination aus Form und Farbe verfügbar. Sonderwünsche können aber jederzeit angefragt werden.
Ja. Eigene Grafiken können auf Wunsch eingearbeitet werden – Größe und Position sind frei wählbar. Standardmäßig wird Schwarz als Druckfarbe angeboten; vollfärbige Grafiken sind gegen Aufpreis möglich. Teile deinen Wunsch einfach im Kommentarfeld mit.
Alle Gehäusegrößen bieten denselben Sound und dieselben Einstellmöglichkeiten. Der Unterschied liegt im Platzangebot:

Standardmäßig besitzen alle Pedale nur eine 9-V-Netzbuchse. Ein Batterieanschluss kann auf Wunsch ergänzt werden – teile diesen Wunsch einfach im Kommentarfeld mit.
Ob das mit deiner gewählten Konfiguration realisierbar ist, hängt von Gehäusegröße und Anordnung der Bedienelemente ab. Das prüfen wir nach der Anfrage und teilen dir das Ergebnis in unserem Angebot mit.
Eine pulsierende LED zeigt bei Modulationseffekten die Geschwindigkeit des Effekts an: Die LED leuchtet bei jedem Zyklus auf und dimmt wieder ab. Bei Delay-Effekten zeigt sie die Verzögerungszeit an. Die LED pulsiert nur, wenn der Effekt aktiv ist – auf Wunsch kann sie aber auch im bypassed Zustand pulsieren.
Regenbogen-LEDs wechseln automatisch und fließend ihre Farbe durch das gesamte Farbspektrum. Sie durchlaufen die Farben Grün, Blau und Rot mehrfach mit sanften Übergängen und anschließend auch in schnellen Wechseln ohne Übergang.
Das genaue Verfahren ist Geschäftsgeheimnis. Die Beschriftung wird nach dem Aufbringen mit Klarlack versiegelt und ist dadurch sehr beständig – es entstehen keine sichtbaren oder fühlbaren Kanten.
Standardmäßig wird schwarze Beschriftung angeboten. Auf Wunsch sind auch andere Farben (inkl. Weiß und Metallic-Töne wie Gold und Silber) sowie mehrfarbige Beschriftungen möglich.
Ja. Alle Pedale sind standardmäßig mit True-Bypass-Schaltung ausgestattet: Der Effektschaltkreis wird beim Deaktivieren vollständig aus dem Signalweg entfernt. Auf Anfrage sind auch alternative Bypass-Schaltungen mit Buffer, Optokoppler oder Relais realisierbar.
Vor Produktionsbeginn ist eine Anzahlung von 50 % des Kaufpreises fällig. Der Restbetrag wird vor dem Versand in Rechnung gestellt.
Nein. Da alle Pedale individuell nach deinen Vorgaben als Sonderanfertigung gefertigt werden, besteht gemäß § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB kein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht.
Nein. Pedalomat ist Kleinunternehmer gemäß § 19 UStG und weist daher keine Mehrwertsteuer aus. Alle angegebenen Preise sind Endpreise.
Je nach Komplexität und Auftragslage beträgt die Produktionszeit 4–8 Wochen ab Zahlungseingang der Anzahlung. Da jedes Pedal ein Unikat in vollständiger Handarbeit ist, kann die genaue Dauer variieren. Die verbindliche Angabe erhältst du in der Auftragsbestätigung.
Die im Konfigurator angegebenen Versandkosten gelten für Lieferungen innerhalb Deutschlands. Für Österreich, die Schweiz und andere Länder gelten abweichende Versandkosten – nimm in diesem Fall bitte vor der Bestellung Kontakt mit uns auf.

The layouts on offer cover the most common arrangement options. Different arrangements are possible on request.

The colors offered in the configurator are the standard colors. On request, a pedal can be painted in almost any color you like – just provide the RAL number of your desired shade.
Special finishes such as metallic effect paint or flip-flop paint are also available on request. Since the labeling is black by default, very dark enclosure colors are less suitable – but the labeling can also be done in white or other colors.
The configurator shows a selection of the most common knob shapes and colors. Since the knobs are bought in, not every combination of shape and color is available. Special requests can be inquired about at any time.
Yes. Custom graphics can be added on request – size and position are freely selectable. Black is offered as the default print color; full-color graphics are available for an extra charge. Just let us know your request in the comment field.
All enclosure sizes offer the same sound and the same adjustment options. The difference lies in the available space:

By default, all pedals only have a 9V power jack. A battery connector can be added on request – just mention this in the comment field.
Whether this is feasible with your chosen configuration depends on the enclosure size and the arrangement of the controls. We check this after your request and let you know the result in our quote.
A pulsing LED indicates the speed of the effect for modulation effects: the LED lights up and dims again with each cycle. For delay effects, it shows the delay time. The LED only pulses when the effect is active – but on request it can also pulse in bypassed state.
Rainbow LEDs automatically and smoothly cycle through the entire color spectrum. They cycle through green, blue, and red multiple times with smooth transitions, and then also in fast switches without transition.
The exact process is a trade secret. The labeling is sealed with clear coat after application and is therefore very durable – there are no visible or tangible edges.
Black labeling is offered by default. Other colors (including white and metallic tones like gold and silver) as well as multi-color labeling are available on request.
Yes. All pedals are equipped with true-bypass switching by default: the effect circuit is completely removed from the signal path when deactivated. Alternative bypass circuits with buffer, optocoupler, or relay are also available on request.
A deposit of 50 % of the purchase price is due before production begins. The remaining balance is invoiced before shipping.
No. Since all pedals are individually built to your specifications as custom-made products, there is no statutory right of withdrawal under § 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
No. Pedalomat is a small business (Kleinunternehmer) under § 19 UStG and therefore does not show VAT. All prices stated are final prices.
Depending on complexity and order volume, production takes 4–8 weeks from receipt of the deposit. Since every pedal is a one-off made entirely by hand, the exact duration may vary. You will receive the binding date in the order confirmation.
The shipping costs stated in the configurator apply to deliveries within Germany. Different shipping costs apply for Austria, Switzerland, and other countries – please contact us before ordering in this case.
